Creative Inquiry is about facing life authentically and finding richer ways to be in the world. We explore together with connection, creativity, curiosity and compassion.
Being in the world is an inherently creative act. Much like being in the wild, it can be both scary and exciting. I work with a therapeutic process called creative inquiry. Together we will explore, and come to understand, your experience of making your way through life. We start with what is most pressing. Very often this is something that is deeply difficult, sad or troubling. But it might also be a sense of wanting to know yourself more deeply, improve relationships, or a wish to enter into the dance of life more fully.
I have worked for a number of years as a counsellor and psychotherapist. My studies in transpersonal psychology, experiential therapy, phenomenological inquiry, and art therapy, along with explorations into dance, the wilderness, and shamanic traditions, have led me to develop a deeply transpersonal method of practice. I work with your being here-and-now, in a non-dualistic way that incorporates but also goes beyond ego, personality, or circumstance.
Please get in touch to make a session or to ask any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you.
